Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can as we don't require a down deposit but we ask in good terms that you tell us 2 days in advance so that other customers may be satisfied with their order.
Q: Sanitation during/before Covid?
A: We will always clean the jumper in front of our customers after every use with antiseptic spray and allow time for it to dry.
Customers so far have been satisfied 100% according to our 5-star yelp review, many of which include our sanitation protocol!
Q: Limitation/ child per jumper?
A: Our small jumper can support anywhere from 3-5 kids.
Our large jumper can support anywhere from 5-8 kids.
Up to two adults may enter the bounce house to supervise if needed,
Of course, many factors can apply and the best thing to do is use common sense as the adult you are legally in charge of after we finish the installation. Children's safety is our 100% priority and hopefully, it is yours too.
Q: Insurance for park and overall rental?
A: no we do not have insurance regarding our jumpers and in the case, injury occurs on behalf of our product. We do not offer insurance for park use and or injuries that are out of our vision and control (for example your dog tearing the jumper apart ). In booking with us you understand the risk that comes with a jumper and are obligated to pay for any damages done at the time of your rental as seen fit to the damages.
Injuries include but are not limited to - Arm, leg injuries, and or Head and neck injuries.
Q: Light rain/ rain / storm / Wind speed ?
A: No charge for cancellation. We will be in communication the morning or night before the special day.
Q: Will an employee stay and monitor the jumper?
Q: Is there a down deposit?
A: No, full payment will be after setup to ensure everything is perfect and what you are paying for.
Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve?
A: As soon as possible if you have a specific jumper design in mind as they can fill up fast.
Q: Can you set it up in my driveway?
A: Yes. If you have a two-car width driveway, most likely a jumper will fit. If it is 100% flat then that is even better. If not please contact us with a picture so that we can give an estimate.
Q: What type of surface do you need to set up on?
A: We can set up on lawns, dirt, concrete, or asphalt.
Q: Does the blower need electricity? How much does it use?
A: Yes. The generator needs a standard 110v outlet near the setset upup area to plug(3-hole outlet common in homes) into. The blower runs continuously or until unplugged.
Q: How long does it take to set up and take down?
A: Set up usually takes approximately 15-30 minutes, given no trouble/errors.
RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS/WARRANTY
1. BY BOOKING EITHER THROUGH TEXT, PHONE, OR ONLINE, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHOWN ON THIS RENTAL CONTRACT AND OUR WEBSITE.
2. UPON DROP-OFF DATE, IF THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT TO YOUR STANDARD PLEASE LET US KNOW AS THERE IS NO REFUND AFTER SET UP.
3 ). CUSTOMERS AGREE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RENTED EQUIPMENT INCLUDING THE SAFE AND PROPER USE, PRESERVATION, AND SAFE RETURN TO LUCKY JUMPERS. 3) LUCKY JUMPERS WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY ONCE SETUP IS FULLY COMPLETED AS ADULT SUPERVISION MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES.
4)THIS CONTRACT FORMS THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND LUCKY JUMPER CORPORATION. THE PATRON AGREES TO NOT HOLD LUCKY JUMPERS LIABLE FOR THE MISUSE, SUCH AS ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR LOSS, HARM, AND HARM TO PEOPLE OR ASSETS.
5) REFUSAL TO RETURN EQUIPMENT OR PAY FOR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTIONS BEING TAKEN.
6) CUSTOMER AGREES TO HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES.
7). ATTORNEY FEES :THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS INCURRED BY LUCKY JUMPERS IN REGARDS TO ENFORCING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
8) CUSTOMER HEREBY DISCHARGES LUCKY JUMPERS INCLUDING ALL EMPLOYEES AND SHAREHOLDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY AN INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR OPERATION OF LUCKY JUMPERS RENTAL.
9)THIS AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO INCLUDE, HOWEVER, ISN'T ALWAYS RESTRAINED TO, LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE OF THE LUCKY JUMPER'S NEGLIGENCE, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER SUCH NEGLIGENCE IS ACTIVE OR PASSIVE. THIS AGREEMENT IS SUPPOSED TO DISCHARGE LUCKY JUMPERS FROM ALL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY HARM TO ANY CHARACTER(S) AND ANY ASSETS DAMAGE, LOSS OF THE USE OF PROPERTY, BODILY DAMAGE, DEATH, ENJOYMENT OF EXISTENCE, LACK OF EARNINGS, INJURY TO GOODWILL, HARM TO GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, ALL OTHER SORTS OF CONSEQUENTIAL HARM AND HARM, NO MATTER HOW MUCH DAMAGE OR HARM IS KNOWN AS OR CHARACTERIZED. PATRON WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO LUCKY JUMPERS FOR ANY HARM THAT OCCURS.
10) RULES FOR USE CAPACITY: CAPACITY IS LIMITED TO SAFE JUMPING CONDITIONS, PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM.NO ROUGH HORSEPLAY, NO SHOES, NO FOOD, NO DRINKS, NO SHARP OBJECTS, AND NO OBJECT THAT CAN CAUSE HARM.
