Everything You Need to Know + How to Book for First-Timers!
Residential: Consider your space and age group: A small jumper fits 1-5 kids, while a large one fits 1-8. Specific jumper dimensions are available on its individual profile.
Select your date: Choose your drop-off and pick-up times. The charge will reflect a one-day timeframe. If, for any reason, that timeframe doesn't work, we will contact you.
Book your favorite jumper: No payment is required until after setup. If your choice is unavailable, we’ll notify you via email or phone.
On event day: Provide a 3-prong electric outlet, a 3-foot clearance around the jumper, and accessible space for our crew.
That’s it—you’re all set! We handle delivery, pickup, and clean the jumper on-site for you.
Park: Same instructions as above: Ensure the park has an electric outlet. If not, you’ll need to order a gas generator for $70. Please confirm before your event.
Note: Rentals are from 9 AM to 8 PM (or earlier). We'll check in with you via text during the event for pick up if you want to keep it later. For overnight rentals, please let us know in advance; we are flexible with enough notice.
Payment: We accept payment after setup via cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
